- Work with a business advisor, accountant or mentor who genuinely knows and understands small business - absolutely priceless and will save you a fortune and possibly your house.
- Have a Business Plan and Cashflow Budgets in place.
You would not set out on a flight to anywhere without a sufficient fuel in the tank, a map or GPS and pilot with a license who knows what he or she is about? Sadly, many business owners do and the results are well known - more than 60% do not complete the journey.
